Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and hold accountable the assigned department ensuring the successful execution of operational plans and goals.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Oversee the upkeep of the distribution yard, proactively identifying and addressing maintenance needs. Regularly inspect the facility for maintenance, housekeeping needs, or supplies and collaborate with the Site Manager to get all needs addressed in a timely manner.
  • Equipment /Asset Inspections: Maintain an accurate inventory through regular inspections of both green goods and hard goods, ensuring product integrity and the proper functioning of equipment.
  • Safety Inspections: Uphold a safe work environment by enforcing adherence to established safety protocols. Conduct frequent yard inspections to identify and rectify potential hazards, hold daily briefings and monthly meetings, and ensure all team members are trained and compliant with safety standards.

  • Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Highly Preferred: Certified Applicator License (Hold a current certification as a herbicide applicator or be willing to get certified)
  • Highly Preferred: Bilingual (English & Spanish)
