Landscape Laborers or Laborers with Drivers License
Location: Tulsa, OK
Employment Type: Full-Time
Landscapes USA has an immediate opening for a Full-Time Landscape Laborers / Drivers in Tulsa, OK . We are seeking a dependable, hard-working individual who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in maintaining and improving landscape properties. This position plays a key role in supporting daily landscape operations and ensuring properties are maintained to company standards. Applicants with a valid drivers license and/or experience in commercial landscape will be given priority.
Key Responsibilities
โ€ข Plant and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and turf to enhance outdoor spaces
โ€ข Perform lawn care duties including mowing, edging, trimming, and weeding
โ€ข Install sod, mulch, and other ground covers
โ€ข Assist with landscape enhancements and minor hardscape installations such as walkways, patios, and retaining walls
โ€ข Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to job sites
โ€ข Remove debris, including leaves, branches, and trash, from job sites
โ€ข Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently
โ€ข Assist with applying fertilizers, pesticides, or other treatments as directed
โ€ข Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
โ€ข Support Crew Leaders and team members to ensure daily productivity and quality standards
Requirements & Qualifications
โ€ข Valid Driver's License with a clean or acceptable driving record (preferred but not required)
โ€ข Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test (required)
โ€ข Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
