Job Description:
Connect Talent Solutions is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Landscape and Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader to oversee our landscaping and lawn maintenance operations. In this role, you will lead a team of landscapers and ensure the efficient execution of landscape maintenance tasks, including driving trucks with trailers and hitches. Your expertise in landscaping and driving will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our clients' outdoor spaces.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and supervise a team of landscapers in performing various landscape and lawn maintenance tasks.
2. Drive trucks with trailers and hitches to transport equipment, tools, and materials to job sites.
3. Coordinate with clients and team members to schedule and prioritize daily tasks and assignments.
4. Perform landscape maintenance activities such as mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, and weed control.
5. Oversee the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems, ensuring proper functionality and efficiency.
6. Train and mentor team members on proper landscaping techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
7. Monitor and maintain inventory of landscaping supplies, tools, and materials.
8. Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements:
