Job Overview
Job Description
Landscape East & West is a full-service award winning, eco-friendly, customer focused landscape contractor. We are seeking a HOA Maintenance Crew Leader with 5+ years' experience in landscape maintenance.
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Mowing, blowing, weeding, and general cleanup of commercial properties with 1-4 crew members.
  • Operate and maintain care of leaf blower, lawn mower, string trimmer, hedge trimmer, and other equipment.

Job Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in landscape maintenance
  • At least 1 year of crew leader experience
  • Ability to manage, communicate effectively with both employees and onsite contacts.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Candidate must possess a valid, insurable driver's license and be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to lead crew through maintenance route and take directions and receive feedback from supervisor
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs, maneuver through client's property with equipment, and operate truck and trailer
