Is landscaping a good career choice?

Landscaping is a viable career that involves designing, installing, and maintaining outdoor spaces, often requiring physical work and knowledge of plants and tools. Certifications in horticulture or landscape design can enhance job prospects.

What are some common challenges faced by Landscape Installers in their day-to-day work?

Landscape Installers often encounter challenges such as working in varying weather conditions, managing heavy physical labor, and adapting to different types of terrain. Additionally, troubleshooting unexpected site issues, such as poor soil quality or unmarked utilities, requires problem-solving skills and adaptability.

Is $100 an hour too much for landscape work?

For a landscape in a professional setting, $100 an hour is generally above the average rate, which typically ranges from $25 to $75 per hour depending on experience, location, and project complexity. Skilled landscapers with specialized tools or certifications may charge higher rates, but $100 an hour is considered premium for standard landscape work.
