What You’ll Do: As a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader, you’ll be the driving force behind a team that takes pride in maintaining lush, well-kept landscapes. Your role will be hands-on, ensuring that everything from mowing to trimming is done with precision and care, while keeping the crew motivated and having fun!

  • Lead the Crew: Supervise and guide your team in maintaining residential and commercial properties.
  • Train & Inspire: Help your team grow their skills and encourage continuous improvement.
  • Quality Control: Ensure work is completed on time, at a high standard, and with attention to detail.
  • Safety First: Make sure your crew follows safety guidelines and maintains equipment properly.
  • Customer Care: Keep clients happy by providing excellent service and addressing their needs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Humble – Hungry – Kind: You lead by example, are eager to learn, and know how to get things done!
  • At least 2 years of landscaping or landscape maintenance experience.
  • A natural leader with excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to keep things organized.
  • A clean driving record and valid driver’s license (you’ll be driving a truck with a trailer).
  • Willingness to put in some extra hours when things get busy!
