Job description

As a Landscape Technician/Foreman, you will be an integral part of a supportive team, working hands-on to maintain and enhance lawns and gardens. This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills, grow professionally, and contribute to projects that make a positive impact in the community. Responsibilities
  • Perform routine landscape maintenance to include lawn mowing, line trimming, pruning, and deadheading
  • Care for a variety of trees and shrubs to ensure healthy growth and appearance
  • Collect and remove debris from job sites to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Apply mulch and assist with seasonal tasks such as spring and fall cleanups
  • Complete snow removal 
  • Operate trucks, trailers, lawn mowers, skid loaders, tractors, and snow removal equipment (training provided as needed)
  • Work collaboratively with a team of 2-3 professionals to complete projects efficiently and to high standards
  • Deliver excellent customer service and uphold company quality standards on every job
Qualifications
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Comfortable driving trucks and trailers
  • Experience with ride-on or zero-turn mowers is helpful
  • Basic knowledge of plant identification and care preferred
  • Prior landscape maintenance experience preferred
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Willingness to learn and operate a variety of landscaping equipment
