Paragon Landscaping Corporation is a premier high-end residential landscape design,

construction, and maintenance firm serving the Main Line and surrounding areas.

We are seeking a Landscape Designer / Project Manager who wants more than just a design

role—this is a client-facing leadership position where design, project management, account

management, and execution all come together.

If you are driven, detail-oriented, and want to work on large-scale, luxury residential projects

with discerning clients, this is a rare opportunity to grow both professionally and personally.

Benefits Perks

ï‚· Competitive compensation package

ï‚· Work with high-end clientele and premium projects

ï‚· Paid holidays, PTO, and vacation

ï‚· Short-term long-term disability insurance

ï‚· Life insurance

 Workers’ compensation unemployment coverage

Why Paragon

We are building a company focused on quality, precision, and long-term client relationships,

not volume work.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain real-world business experience and play a key role

in the growth of a high-end brand.

We invest in our people through a structured education and development program, but

success here requires:

ï‚· Hard work

ï‚· Accountability

ï‚· Long-term commitment

This role is not a fit if you:

ï‚· Prefer a purely design-focused position without client interaction

ï‚· Are not comfortable managing projects and client relationships

ï‚· Are looking for a short-term or transitional role

Next Steps

If you are serious about building a long-term career in high-end residential landscape contracting

and want to be part of a growing company, we encourage you to apply.
