Job Summary

The Landscaping Construction Foreman is responsible for leading crews in hardscape and softscape installations and landscape improvements. This role oversees daily operations in the field while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to Premier Serviceโ€™s quality standards.

Essential Job Functions
  • Lead crews to perform tasks safely while delivering superior service quality
  • Perform and oversee hardscape and softscape installation and improvements
  • Operate skid steer and mini excavator as needed
  • Drive company truck with trailer and perform daily vehicle inspections
  • Delegate tasks to crew members to ensure timely completion of all jobs
  • Verify and submit crew timesheets to meet weekly payroll deadlines
Requirements
  • Valid Driverโ€™s License and ability to meet Premier Serviceโ€™s driver eligibility and insurability guidelines
  • Working knowledge of softscape and hardscape grading, drainage, and planting installation
  • Irrigation and lighting experience a plus
  • Previous experience leading small crews as a working Foreman.
  • Ability to read and interpret designs and blueprints preferred
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including possible weekends
  • Ability to communicate and conduct business professionally at all times
Physical Requirements
  • Extended periods of outdoor walking during shifts
  • Frequent stooping, bending, climbing, and grasping
  • Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs
