If you're an experienced designer who wants real creative ownership over projects from first client walkthrough to final planting plan, we want to talk to you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead client consultations to assess site conditions, understand goals, and scope project budgets.
  • Develop original 2D and 3D landscape designs — planting plans, hardscape layouts, and grading — tailored to each property and client.
  • Translate client vision into creative, buildable, cost-conscious design solutions on deadline.
  • Present finished designs and proposals directly to clients, walking them through your design rationale.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 3+ years of professional experience designing residential or commercial landscapes.
  • Strong command of landscape design principles, including hardscape design and detailing.
  • Proficiency with landscape design software; experience with U-vision 3D Landscape Creator is a plus.
  • Comfort managing multiple projects and client deadlines without sacrificing design quality.
  • A collaborative, client-facing communication style — you can defend a design idea as well as sketch it.
