Customer Service and Design Intern
Duration: May 31, 2027 - April 28, 2028
(Full-time until August 13, then part-time max. 20 hours/week)
The position is based in Denton, TX.
Start Date: May 31, 2027
Salary Range: $22-$25/hour
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas, relocation, or housing for these positions.
What you will do
As our Customer Service and Design Intern, you will be part of our Customer Service & Design team.
As aCustomer Service and Design Intern, you will:
  • Print and measure color proofs for customers
  • Create shipping labels and ship proofs for customers
  • Create Master data for our customers in EasyDesign
  • Create onboarding material to show new customers the Design process
  • Create reports for our KPI's (Key Performance Indicators).

We believe you have
  • Suggested majors: Design, Marketing
  • Knowledge of Illustrator preferred
  • Ideally some Power BI knowledge
  • High motivation to learn
  • Great communication skills with high team orientation
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Availability for internship: May 31, 2027 - April 28, 2028, graduation has to be after the internship has ended.
  • Availability to work onsite for 8 hours a day (40 hours/week) during the summer (part-time up to 20 hours/week during the school year).
