Landscape Sales Manager

Join our dynamic and rapidly expanding landscape team! We are a thriving company dedicated to transforming outdoor spaces into stunning landscapes. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated Landscape Sales Manager who will bring in new business and handle customer relationships with homeowners and property managers. We value our employees and offer a competitive salary of $60,000 to $70,000 + 5% sales bonus. Two weeks of vacation are accrued, and three weeks after five years.

Vehicle provided with supplemental insurance negociable.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales opportunities by proactively reaching out to homeowners, commercial properties and HOAs.
  • Help create estimations, present renderings to clients, and explain the vision to close the sale.
  • Handle all client communications and on-site meetings to close on high-end landscape design and commercial maintenance sales.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in landscape sales or similar field.
  • Self-starter, and demonstrated ability to engage with new prospects
  • Knowledge of landscape construction practices.
  • Knowledge in lawn maintenance, plant material and horticultural practices. Turf Care is a plus.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication skills.

Additional Responsibilities and Duties

  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely bids for new and existing business.
  • Ability to read and interpret plans when necessary.
  • Oversee landscape installations to deliver the project sold to the customer.
  • Meet with customers to review status of projects and keep them updated on progress.
  • Assist in locating and procuring material as needed.
  • Assist operations and office staff in scheduling projects and material deliveries to jobsite or warehouse as needed.
  • Monitor and review costs and labor hours to ensure profitability of jobs meets or exceeds the quoted sales.
