As a Landscape Installer, you will play a crucial role in the implementation of landscape designs, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and quality craftsmanship in every project.

What you'll do: 

  • Collaborate with landscape designers and project managers to understand project requirements and timelines. 
  • Prepare sites for installation by clearing debris, grading terrain, and performing necessary soil preparation. 
  • Install various landscape elements such hardscape features, lighting fixtures, plants, trees, shrubs, and flowers.
  • Operate equipment such as mini skids, ski steers, and mini excavators safely and efficiently.
  • Follow established safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. 
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless project execution. 
  • Provide input and feedback on project feasibility and execution strategies.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 3 years previous experience in hardscaping, landscaping, horticulture, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of landscape installation techniques and best practices. 
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform strenuous physical tasks in various weather conditions. 
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. 
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. 
  • Valid driver's license. 
  • Valid CDL Class A License.
  • Able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Pass DOT physical and drug screenings.
  • Ability to work outside in an all-weather environment.
