Title: Hardscape & Landscape Construction Team Leader
Location: Rochester, NY 
Pay: $25–$30+ per hour (Based on Experience)

About the Position
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Hardscape & Landscape Construction Team Leader to join our growing team. In this role, you will oversee daily construction operations, lead a crew of skilled professionals, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a crew during hardscape and landscape installation projects.

  • Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and landscape designs.

  • Oversee the construction and installation of patios, retaining walls, walkways, outdoor living spaces, planting beds, and other landscape features.

  • Operate and maintain construction equipment, including skid steers, track loaders, excavators, and other job-site tools.

  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to company quality standards.

  • Train, mentor, and support crew members to improve performance and efficiency.

  • Maintain a safe, organized, and professional job site at all times.

  • Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and company leadership regarding project progress and any on-site needs.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hardscape and landscape construction required.

  • Leadership or crew management experience preferred.
