Job description

Maintenance assistants will help Tech perform semi-skilled preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance tasks. These tasks are associated with the upkeep and operation of the complex.


Duties:

·         Maintain landscaping (mowing, tree trimming, irrigation, & fertilizer)

·         Perform timely maintenance in accordance with maintenance log schedule for all common areas.

·         Complete on-site maintenance log weekly.


Work Experience Requirements:

·         Maintain a valid Florida driver’s license and have reliable transportation.

·         Must be a team player.

·         Experience in maintenance and repairs; including basic electrical and plumbing.

·         A minimum of five (5) years prior maintenance experience; community association environment preferred.
