Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
Report to: Foreman
Full-Time Position
Primarily outdoor work with travel to job sites throughout the region.

Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Landscape Lead Laborer amp; Driver to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting daily field operations by assisting with landscape installation and maintenance, transporting crew members, operating equipment, and ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is hardworking, team-oriented, and eager to grow within the landscape industry.
Key Responsibilities
Landscape Installation and Maintenance
  • Perform landscape installation and maintenance services according to company standards.
  • Assist with planting, irrigation installation, sod installation, mulching, and other landscape tasks.
  • Support project completion by maintaining productivity and quality throughout the workday.
Crew Transportation and Logistics
  • Safely transport crew members to and from job sites.
  • Assist with loading, unloading, and securing equipment and materials.
  • Ensure vehicles are operated safely and maintained in a clean and professional manner.
Equipment Operation
  • Operate equipment ranging from handheld tools to heavy machinery.
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns.
  • Follow all safety procedures when operating company equipment.
Operations Support
  • Follow daily schedules, work plans, and project instructions provided by supervisors.
  • Communicate effectively with crew members and leadership.
  • Maintain a safe, organized and productive work environment.
  • Assist with additional duties and responsibilities as needed to support operations.
Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
