Job description

Experienced Landscape Laborer – $15–$19/Hour


We are hiring an Experienced Landscape Laborer to join our crew. We’re looking for someone who knows how to work, shows up on time, and doesn’t need to be taught the basics of landscaping.


Pay: $15–$19/hour, based on experience and skill level
Schedule: Full-Time


What You'll Do:

  • Install sod, plants, shrubs, trees, mulch, and pine straw
  • Perform landscape installation and maintenance
  • Prepare, level, and grade areas for landscaping
  • Assist with drainage and irrigation installation
  • Operate weed eaters, blowers, mowers, and other landscape equipment
  • Use hand and power tools safely
  • Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
  • Perform general cleanup and keep jobsites organized
  • Work alongside the crew to get jobs completed correctly and on schedule


What We're Looking For:

  • Previous landscaping experience required
  • Experience with landscape installation, not just lawn maintenance, is preferred
  • Must know how to safely use basic landscaping tools and equipment
  • Must be able to perform physical labor throughout the workday
  • Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
  • Must be able to work outdoors in heat and changing weather conditions
  • Must be dependable and show up to work on time
  • Must be able to take direction and work as part of a crew
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Valid driver's license preferred


Pay:

Your starting rate will be based on what you can actually do. Applicants with solid landscaping experience who can work independently, operate equipment, and require minimal training will be considered for the higher end of the pay range.
