Overview
LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE SENIOR DESIGNER (MULTIPLE OPENINGS)
WGI, Inc. seeks Landscape Architecture Senior Designers in West Palm Beach, FL to provide design and technical guidance to Landscape Architecture (LA) Designers; oversee the development of construction packages including landscape, irrigation, hardscape and site amenity plans; prepare conceptual plans by hand and in CAD for LA Designers to further develop; prepare renderings; prepare feasibility reports; perform landscape inspections; assist with construction cost estimates; and coordinate with clients.
Qualifications
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture from an LAAB (Landscape Architectural Accreditation Board) accredited university or foreign equivalent. Two years of experience in landscape architecture design. Must have knowledge of the relationship between landscape architecture design and constructability; and AutoCAD, Photoshop and Microsoft Office Suite. Local travel required to attend site visits and perform landscape inspections.
