Land Rover Journeyman Technician (Level 4) - $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

$46.65 - $57.65+ per booked hour | $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for Qualified Level 4 Technicians

Land Rover Hinsdale is growing, and we're adding an experienced Journeyman / Level 4 Technician to our service team. If you can diagnose complex vehicle concerns, work independently, and produce consistent quality repairs, you'll get the pay, equipment, and workload to match your experience.

$46.65-$57.65+ per booked hour, based on experience and qualifications. For a technician booking 40 hours/week, that's $99,632 annually - $102,232 at 45 hours, $105,352 at 50 hours, and $119,912+ at 70+ hours.

Level 4 technicians are eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

What You'll Do

Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, recall work, and installations, according to experience and certifications, that meet dealership and manufacturer requirements. Perform automotive services including engine, transmission, electrical, drivability, suspensions, alignments, steering, heating and air conditioning, basic and ABS brakes, exhaust systems, and more.

What We're Looking For

? 4+ years of dealership technician experience

? Journeyman-level automotive diagnostic and repair skills

? Strong electrical and diagnostic abilities

? Ability to diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems

? Ability to work independently and efficiently

? Commitment to quality workmanship

? Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

? Required hand tools

? ASE certifications are a plus

? Jaguar/Land Rover experience and manufacturer certifications preferred
