At indiGO, we believe our facilities are more than physical assets-they are a reflection of our brands, our people, and our commitment to excellence. We are seeking exceptional talent to help shape and preserve that vision.
What we are looking for:
indiGO Auto Group is seeking a strategic, hands-on, and results-driven Facilities and Property Manager to oversee the stewardship, maintenance, and long-term performance of our real estate portfolio across the United States.
This critical leadership role serves as the primary guardian of our real estate assets, ensuring our facilities remain safe, efficient, compliant, and aligned with the premium standards expected by our luxury automotive brands. The Facilities and Property Manager will be responsible for developing and executing portfolio-wide strategies that protect asset value, optimize operational performance, mitigate risk, and support continued growth.
We are looking for a proactive leader who can balance strategic planning with operational execution. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience managing complex, multi-site commercial real estate portfolios, leading capital improvement initiatives, navigating regulatory requirements, and building strong partnerships with vendors, tenants, and internal stakeholders.
This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the future of a growing luxury automotive organization by driving facility excellence, supporting sustainability initiatives, and ensuring our properties continue to serve as world-class environments for both customers and employees.
This position requires regular travel throughout the portfolio and reports directly to the Director of Real Estate & Development.
What we offer:
  • Opportunity to work in a cohesive and supportive team environment.
  • Comprehensive insurance plans: medical, dental, vision, life, health savings account, and flexible spending account.
  • 401(k) plus company match.
  • Unlimited professional training opportunities.
  • Paid vacation, sick days, and holidays.
  • Significant opportunity for advancement within a growing company.
  • Access to brand new, state-of-the-art facilities and equipment.
  • Competitive pay plus bonus target

Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like:
  • Oversee the maintenance, performance, and long-term value of a multi-state real estate portfolio.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and facility improvement plans.
  • Conduct property inspections and assessments to identify risks, prioritize repairs, and maintain compliance.
  • Lead capital improvement projects from planning and budgeting through execution.
  • Manage third-party vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality, efficiency, and accountability.
  • Develop and manage operating and capital budgets while identifying opportunities for cost savings and value enhancement.
  • Partner with dealership leadership and facility teams to coordinate landlord responsibilities and resolve property-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable building, environmental, safety, and insurance requirements.
  • Support sustainability initiatives and energy-efficiency improvements across the portfolio.
  • Prepare reports and recommendations for senior leadership regarding portfolio performance, capital planning, and facility strategy.
  • Develop emergency preparedness and risk mitigation plans to protect company assets and minimize operational disruptions.

The opportunity is for you if you have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in commercial property or facilities management, preferably within a multi-site environment.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance planning, construction, and capital project management.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, contracts, operating budgets, and capital expenditures.
  • Ability to analyze financial reports and develop strategic budget recommendations.
  • Familiarity with property management platforms such as Yardi, MRI, or similar systems.
  • Working knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements across multiple states.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while leading cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  • Professional certifications such as CPM, CFM, or LEED Accreditation are a plus.
  • Ability to travel approximately 30-50% of the time.
