Your Responsibilities as a Project Manager:

  • Project management assistance on several types of land development projects including client coordination, contract negotiation, developing and maintaining project schedules, and maintaining project budgets.
  • Supervising CAD designers and project coordination with other departments, professions, and agencies.
  • Supervising permit technicians and administration in completing permit applications and moving permit application process forward.
  • Construction observations, preparing field observation reports of construction activity, and witnessing critical tasks during construction.
  • Project coordination and communication with construction managers, contractors, owners, construction inspectors, and permitting agencies.
  • Writing technical reports, letters, project summaries, and emails.
  • Plan drafting experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred.

What we're looking for:

  • BS in Civil Engineering
  • 7+ years' experience in land development type projects preferred.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
  • Strong written and verbal skills are required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, and Outlook required.
  • Must have an excellent driving record and have a valid driver's license as driving is an essential part of the position.
