Exciting Opportunity for a Quorum Land Analyst II in Houston, TX!
Join our dynamic team as a Quorum Land Analyst II and play a vital role in managing essential land lease data for our organization. This position offers a unique chance to work on impactful projects within the land management field, ensuring accuracy and compliance in lease documentation. If you have a keen eye for detail, experience with Quorum On Demand Land, and a passion for real property records, this is your moment to shine!
What You'll Bring:
  • Proven experience in land records administration, especially with real property leases, payments, escalations, and obligations
  • Hands-on experience with Quorum ODL software
  • Basic land title knowledge (preferred)
  • Ability to interpret legal descriptions, plats, alignment sheets, and maps (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Google Earth software (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to confidentiality, accuracy, and detail

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience in land title research or related legal documentation
  • Exposure to GIS tools and mapping software
  • Prior experience in a similar fast-paced, on-site environment

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Relevant experience in land records management or a related field
  • Previous roles involving lease document review and data validation
