As a Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute highly technical projects for development of OEM products for embedded vision, Edge AI, RFID, and spectroradiometer technology used in medical devices, robotics, and scientific instruments fields.

You will also lead communication and reporting to management and project teams. You will also develop project controls and risk management procedures. Projects will tend to be larger and more complex.

Your Responsibilities

  • Leading project planning and execution including defining requirements, scope, and risk management.

  • Leading project teams, ensuring they are staffed appropriately, working effectively to maximize efficiency and delivery.

  • Overseeing project goals, status, budgets, risks, and mitigation plans with key stakeholders on a regular basis.

  • Managing projects timely completion while also complying with regulatory requirements.

  • Anticipating and proactively identifying project risks and mitigating them effectively.

Your Outcomes/KPIs

  • Project on-time delivery

  • Adherence to project scope

  • Achievement of project financials

Your Experience, Education, and Skills

  • BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Robotics, or similar disciplines.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience in similar field.

  • PMP certification or Lean methodology would be a plus.

  • Background or Experience in Electronics/hardware or embedded SW would be a big plus

  • Fluent English for daily communication with stakeholders and customers.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, detail-oriented.
