Qualifications Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an accredited college or university Registered Professional Engineer with 4 or more years of experience in Kansas or Missouri 10 years minimum of related skills and experience in the development field Computer skills in Word, Excel, Bluebeam, MS Project, Civil 3D, ArcGIS Pro Ability to work well with, coach and direct others with different personalities and professional styles Proven ability to establish and maintain client relationships Strong communication skills Ability to plan and deliver effective oral and written presentations Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations Knowledge of business fundamentals, including project control and client relations General knowledge of preparing proposals Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail Ability to thrive in a multitasking environment
