As a land development manager, your job is to oversee the development of property from the initial planning phase through the completion of residential, commercial, or industrial construction. As the Senior Civil Engineer, you will hold a senior leadership role within our team, providing crucial technical support. You will serve as the lead engineer on complex projects, utilizing your high-level technical expertise in engineering design. Ensuring the highest quality standards, you will execute QA/QC plans for the team's projects and elevate technical expertise by mentoring and training team members in technical design aspects.
