Position Summary

We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and hardworking Quality Assurance Supervisor with a good eye for detail.

Responsible for supervising the inspection and testing procedures of in-process and finished products and carrying out corrective actions necessary to ensure conformity with specifications and standards of customers. This position is also responsible for training, validating and on-going monitoring of the daily activities of the QA Technicians, as well as the completion of daily quality compliance testing and paperwork.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and maintain company inspection reports.
  • Inspect products according to quality and safety standards.
  • Ensure products comply with company standards as well as Federal and State law.
  • Ensure test equipment is calibrated and working correctly.
  • Report quality anomalies to the supervisor.
  • Collate test data and drafting quality reports.
  • Identify possible areas for improvement in quality control processes.
  • Ensure production is not hindered by quality testing procedures.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment

What You’ll Bring:

  • Previous quality assurance experience, preferably in food manufacturing
  • Attention to detail
  • Drive to succeed.
  • Safety minded, including ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and work in a drug-free work environment
