Position Summary
The Lakeland Park Director provides vision, leadership, and operational oversight for Lakeland Park. This role is responsible for building and leading both paid staff and serve teams, creating exceptional guest experiences, and expanding the Park's impact through strategic community relationships and partnerships. The Director will ensure Lakeland Park operates as a ministry that connects families to Jesus and serves as a bridge to Lakeland Church.
YOU WILL:
Lead the Vision and Strategy
Cast and execute a clear vision that positions Lakeland Park as a key outreach ministry aligned with Lakeland's mission.
Build and Lead Teams
Recruit, develop, and empower both staff and team members to create a high-performing, ownership-driven team culture.
Oversee Daily Operations
Ensure the Park runs with excellence in safety, cleanliness, staffing, and overall execution every day.
Create Exceptional Guest Experiences
Design and deliver consistent, engaging experiences where every guest feels welcomed, known, and valued.
Drive Connection and Ministry Impact
Leverage the Park as a relational bridge that moves families toward connection, discipleship, and next steps.
Develop Community Relationships
Build meaningful relationships with local businesses, schools, and organizations to expand the Park's reach and influence.
