Audi Rutland/Rutland VW staff is a group of people that are excited about cars, performance, and fun. We are true enthusiasts and are looking to add to our very busy shop. We will consider applicants from entry level techs with 1 year of experience to highly skilled techs with lots of experience that want to make a positive change in their work world.

What We're Looking For: 

1 year + of hands-on automotive repair experience.

Attention to detail.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

A clean and valid drivers license. 

Strong work ethic and reliability.

Computer proficiency. 

Vermont inspectors license.

Your Responsibilities: 

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on import and domestic vehicles.

Be reliable.

Diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns.

Communicate findings to service advisors and customers.

Document work performed clearly.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Keep up with the latest repair technology and techniques.

Supply tools needed for your skill set.

Be willing to submit to a criminal background and drivers license check.
