Job description

Office Administrator

Star Distributing has been building brands in the greater Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston and Chicago areas since 2014. What started out as a small operation in a van, has turned into a substantial distributor of premium non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages and snacks. We service accounts in all channels of trade. Our portfolio represents a multitude of major brands including AriZona, Welch's, Crazy Cowboy Lager, and others. Our primary goal is to deliver superior levels of service to all our customers!

An Office Administrator performs clerical duties to help an office run smoothly and efficiently.

Their duties include answering phone calls and emails, greeting and directing office visitors to designated meeting areas and building spreadsheets or presentations for leadership staff. The hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 3:00pm to 12:00am.

Strong computer skills, ability to manage data in spreadsheets and reports

Counting cash and checks

Organizing payments in a money bag and dropping in safe

Keep records and reports up to date

Strong communication and organizational skills

Effective time management skills

Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents.

Bilingual a plus
