Position Summary
Lady Slipper is seeking a professional, dependable, and customer-focused Security Guard to help provide a safe, welcoming, and upscale environment for our guests and staff. This role is more than simply providing security it is about delivering exceptional hospitality while maintaining a calm, confident presence. The ideal candidate is observant, composed under pressure, and committed to creating a first-class guest experience.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Verify guest identification and enforce age restrictions.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and interior spaces to maintain a safe environment.
  • De-escalate conflicts using sound judgment and professional communication.
  • Enforce house policies respectfully and consistently.
  • Respond promptly to disturbances, emergencies, or suspicious activity.
  • Conduct routine security checks throughout the venue.
  • Work closely with management and staff to address safety concerns.
  • Complete incident reports accurately and thoroughly when necessary.
  • Coordinate with local law enforcement or emergency personnel when appropriate.
  • Assist with closing security procedures.
