- Current certification in New Hampshire as a Certified Recovery Support Worker (CRSW), or willingness to obtain CRSW certification within 12 months of employment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients, families, and colleagues respectfully and professionally.
