Job description

We are a systems integration and engineering services company with a passion for tearing down industrial inefficiencies. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Repair, install, troubleshoot and perform other predictive and preventative maintenance tasks on assigned measurement and ancillary natural gas and liquids equipment.
  • Witness meter performance verifications as performed by 3rd party contractors.
  • Inspect & replace orifice plates.
  • Maintain required meter calibrations and adhere to client's standards of documentation.
  • Maintenance of measurement devices. This includes calibration, installation, troubleshooting and communications.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Relevant technical degree or trade school certificate in electronics or instrumentation is preferred but not required. Experience will be considered in lieu of degree/education requirements.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a measurement technician is preferred.
  • Experience in the operation and programming of various flow computers such as ABB Totalflow & Emerson ROC.
  • Experience with Coriolis, turbine and mag meters.
  • Must be familiar with the maintenance and operation of a LACT unit.
  • Basic understating of oil & gas process.
  • The ability to walk, stand, kneel/stoop and drive for extended periods.
  • Understanding of radio communications equipment.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook).
  • Must be a detail-oriented, results-driven individual with a commitment to quality, accuracy and the ability to organize and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal and excellent communication (written and oral) skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, technical, and functional skills with the ability to multi-task and be willing to learn.
  • Must be able to work collaboratively and cooperatively, take direction, work well in a team environment, and interact with all levels of management, engineering, systems, operations and field personnel.
  • Strong leadership experience, technical go to person.
  • Ability to multitask and demonstrate flexibility in managing multiple projects.
