Job Title: Test Engineer
Location: Anaheim, CA

Job Summary

We are seeking a Test Engineer with 5+ years of experience in developing and executing test plans for components and systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in functional, environmental, EMI, and structural testing, along with expertise in test documentation, test equipment development, and cross-functional engineering collaboration. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to support product validation and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement qualification test plans, procedures, and reports.
  • Perform component- and system-level testing, including functional, environmental, EMI, and structural testing.
  • Support development testing for PLDC, PLAC, and Next Generation Boom programs.
  • Coordinate the design and development of test stands and fixtures with engineering stakeholders.
  • Develop and support LabVIEW software for test fixtures and automated test stands.
  • Document test procedures, results, and engineering reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to define, execute, and analyze test activities.
  • Ensure compliance with engineering specifications and industry testing standards.
  • Support integration and verification activities throughout the product lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in hardware/system testing.
  • Experience with DO-160 and MIL-STD-810 testing standards.
  • Background in Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering.
  • Strong documentation, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Certification in Systems, Aerospace, or Quality standards is a plus.
