The Opportunity:
CACI is currently seeking a Systems Integration and Test Technician. The selected candidate will be part of a dynamic, growing, cross-functional, and geographically distributed team. The position is based in our Melbourne, FL, office with occasional travel to Baltimore, MD. Your future team has worked together to produce the following job description:
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
  • Support in the documentation, setup and maintenance of RF test racks to support production acceptance test.
  • Provide integration and test support on complex high performance RF circuit card assemblies.
  • Support new product introduction into production by providing support on deployment and execution of new test procedures, firmware, software and equipment.
  • Drive root cause and corrective action investigations on production failures.
  • Disposition non-conforming material that failed in production
  • Champion waste removal and continuous improvement in the design and test of products.

Qualifications:
Required:
  • 8+ years of experience integrating and testing complex RF and electronic systems.
  • Demonstrated expertise with RF communications, microwave systems, digital signal processing systems.
  • Extensive experience troubleshooting RF hardware at the component and system level.
  • Strong understanding of:
  • RF propagation
  • Impedance matching
  • S-parameters
  • Gain and attenuation
  • Noise figure
  • Frequency conversion
  • Mixers, filters, LNAs, amplifiers, and antennas
  • Experience interpreting RF schematics, wiring diagrams, system architectures, and engineering drawings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desired:
  • Familiarity with Keysight, Rohde & Schwarz, Tektronix, and National Instruments test equipment.
  • Experience with automated test systems, Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW, or other test automation tools.
