Immediately hiring Senior Test Systems Engineers!

We're hiring Senior Test Systems Engineers to design and develop automated test equipment (ATE), hardware interfaces, and integrated test solutions for advanced aerospace and defense programs. In this role, you'll work across the full lifecycle-from requirements and system design to integration, validation, and deployment in manufacturing and field environments.

You'll combine electrical engineering and test automation (LabVIEW, TestStand, etc.) while leading small teams and owning key deliverables. This is a great fit for engineers who enjoy hands-on development, technical leadership, and solving complex system-level challenges.

Location: Tewksbury, MA (onsite)
Clearance: U.S. Citizenship required; Secret clearance (Preference is an Active Clearance.  Will accept candidates who have the ability to obtain one)

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop automated test systems (ATE), test equipment, and hardware/software solutions
  • Build test architectures spanning analog, digital, RF, and power systems
  • Develop and support test hardware, adapters, cabling, and system interconnects
  • Lead small engineering teams, overseeing technical execution, schedule, and deliverables
  • Identify and resolve test readiness issues and system performance gaps
  • Support integration, validation, and deployment in manufacturing and field environments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and guide mechanical design and supplier activities
  • Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis in production environments
  • Present technical work and project status updates to leadership

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field
  • 5+ years of experience in test engineering, electrical design, or automation
  • Experience with electrical systems, circuit design, and/or test equipment
  • Exposure to test automation tools (LabVIEW, TestStand, or similar)
  • Experience leading technical tasks or small teams
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Active Clearance
  • Experience with LabVIEW, TestStand, or LabWindows/CVI
  • Background in analog, digital, RF, or power electronics testing
  • Experience with automated test equipment (ATE) and hardware integration
  • Familiarity with test and measurement equipment (oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, etc.)
  • Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, EVMS)
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis skills
  • Experience supporting manufacturing or production test environments
