Job Description

As a Senior Solutions Engineer with C++, LabVIEW and systems integration experience based in their Austin, Texas office, you will work in the design and development of integrated systems from concept to deployment, providing technical leadership to the development team and execution excellence to the project.

Job Responsibilities & Essential Duties

Accurately identify customer needs and provide effort estimates for system solutions.

Architect software as part of an integrated solution.

Manage and give direction to the development team.

Review work quality and provide mentorship to other engineers.


Qualifications

Requirements:

BS degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline.

10+ years of experience in computer electronics and/or test and measurements industry.

Strong understanding of electrical engineering, electronics & computer architectures.

Demonstrated success and experience using high-level programming languages (LabVIEW, TestStand, C/C++) 

Proven experience as a system architect.

Thorough understanding of design principles.

In-depth technical knowledge of NI product line and platforms.

Ability to identify and solve system engineering problems.

Excellent communication skills and experience working directly with customers.

Availability to travel.
