Job Description

FLINT is seeking Labourers with skid steer and physical labour experience for a temporary (8 months) maintenance position in Regina, Saskatchewan, starting September 7, 2026. In this position, you will enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule, 4-hour workdays, and benefits after 300+ hours worked.
This position does not include camp accommodations, living out allowance, or travel allowance. Therefore, it is best suited for local candidates; however, those willing to travel or relocate at their own expense are also encouraged to apply.

Qualifications
  • Previous skid steer and physical labour experience.
  • Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
    • CSTS-2020
  • Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
  • Must have own reliable transportation to site.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean 5-year Driver’s Abstract with under 6 demerits.

Additional Information

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
