Arsenault Bros. Construction Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Labourer in Dartmouth, NS.


This role is a hands‑on position with a balanced mix of warehouse work and field support, spending time both in the warehouse and assisting with light deliveries and job‑site support as needed. The Warehouse labourer plays an important role in keeping materials, tools, and equipment organized, maintained, and available to support our crews efficiently and safely.


We want to hear from you if you have any of the following experience:

  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform regular inventory audits, and ensure materials are available when needed.
  • Equipment & Tools Oversight: Maintain and ensure tools and equipment are in optimal working condition.
  • Field Support & Deliveries: Assist with deliveries, equipment drop‑offs or pickups, and light clean‑up on job sites as required. 
  • Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Warehouse Operations: Oversee daily warehouse activities, providing guidance to ensure efficiency and organization.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with field supervisors and other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and supplies.


The successful candidate should have or be able to:

Qualifications & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Valid Driver’s license required
  • Ability to lift and carry materials (up to 50 lbs).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and electronic).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both indoors and outdoors as needed.
