Four Tribes Development Holdings, LLC is in search of a General Laborer in the Fort Liberty, NC area.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily maintenance and general upkeep of equipment
  • Vegetation and weed control
  • General landscaping and grass cutting
  • Work on repairing fencing and fence perimeter
  • Work on additional tasks as assigned

The ideal candidate should be able to multi-task, maintain a pleasant demeanor, speak professionally with all levels of staff, and must be willing to pitch in wherever needed. Must be able to work independently and follow instructions. Must be able to pass Federal background check. Must have the knowledge and commitment to maintain a safe work environment at all times.

Outstanding benefits package including employer-paid medical insurance for the employee, and vision and dental insurance options. Employer-paid life insurance coverage, and several voluntary benefit options. A 401k plan with up to a 4% match. FTE observes all Federal Holidays, 2023 will include 11 paid holidays. Accrual of up to 56 hours annually of sick pay, beginning on the first day of employment. In addition, accrual of up to 40 hours of vacation.
