Global Supply Manager โ€“ Mechanical & Electrical Components


We are supporting a rapidly growing advanced manufacturing and energy technology business with several openings across its Global Supply Management team.


Opportunities are available for procurement professionals specialising in both mechanical and electrical components. This is an opportunity to take ownership of strategic supplier relationships, support new product introduction and help establish a scalable supply chain for highly engineered products.


What Youโ€™ll Do


  • Lead complete RFx processes, from defining requirements and issuing RFQs through bid analysis, supplier selection and contract award.
  • Source mechanical or electrical components for new product development and high-volume manufacturing.
  • Develop should-cost models and understand the key material, labour, tooling and manufacturing cost drivers.
  • Negotiate component pricing, tooling costs, payment terms, capacity agreements and master supply agreements.
  • Own commercial relationships with strategic suppliers and manage performance, risks and escalations.
  • Support supplier readiness throughout NPI, production ramp-up and sustained manufacturing.
  • Assess supplier capacity, lead times, quality, cost and overall operational capability.
  • Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality and senior leadership.
  • Present sourcing strategies and supplier recommendations to technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Identify supply-chain risks and create practical mitigation plans.
