Pay Range: $20 – $22 per hour
Full-time, year-round work

We are hiring Plumbing Helpers to support experienced plumbers with residential plumbing installations, repairs, and underground plumbing work. This is a great opportunity to start a long-term career in the plumbing trade with hands-on training and advancement opportunities.

As a Plumbing Helper, you will assist plumbing technicians with residential plumbing jobs and support the service team in the field.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in clean, working condition

  • Keep job sites organized and assist with clean-up throughout service and installation work

  • Assist plumbers with plumbing repairs, plumbing installations, and pipe work under supervision

  • Help prepare job sites and materials for plumbing work as directed by supervisors

  • Interact professionally with homeowners and city officials when needed

  • Support underground plumbing work including digging, trenching, and line repairs

  • Perform general labor tasks as needed to support plumbing technicians

This role provides hands-on experience and training with opportunities to grow into a Plumbing Technician or Service Plumber role.
