Landscape Construction Laborer

Location: Medford, Oregon 
Pay: $18–$25 per hour DOE
Schedule: Full-Time


Join Our Team!

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Landscape Construction Laborer to join our growing team in Southern Oregon. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in creating beautiful landscapes, and thrives in a hands-on construction environment.

The right candidate will assist with a variety of landscape construction projects, including hardscapes, irrigation systems, retaining walls, and outdoor living spaces. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals who have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist with residential and commercial landscape construction projects
  • Perform site preparation, grading, excavation, and cleanup
  • Install pavers, patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscape features
  • Assist with irrigation system installation and repairs
  • Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment
  • Plant trees, shrubs, and other landscape materials as needed
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and landscape equipment safely
  • Follow project plans and directions from supervisors and crew leaders
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
  • Perform general labor duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • Previous landscape construction, construction, or general labor experience preferred
  • Experience with pavers, retaining walls, irrigation, or excavation is a plus
  • Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and landscape equipment
  • Valid driver's license preferred
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and perform physically demanding work
  • Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check, if required
