Job description

*Available Positions:*
* *Technician Level 1-3 Installer*
* *Technician Assistant Installer*
* *Lead Installer*
*Technician Lv. 1-3 Roles and Responsibilities*
Reports to: Install Manager
Rate: $19-21
*Experience Requirement*
* 6 months of experience is preferred but not required
*Roles*
* Be the workhorse of the team
* Strive to be the best installer on the team
* To make sure your work is always 100% correct and done on time the first time
*Responsibilities*
* Mastered all the duties and responsibilities of Helper lv.1 Techs
* Install new supply and return lines
* Duct Replacement
* Build and install Plenums
* Hands-on experience in construction, automotive, or a related field, including proficiency with tools such as power tools and ladders.
* Experience driving a 14x7 hook trailer is preferred.
(Jr. Installers will be eligible for a rate increase, and/or promotion to Sr. Tech after they have mastered all their required roles and responsibilities, are in good standing, and have been in their current position for a minimum of 270 days (9 months).)

Rate: $22-24 an hour
*Experience Requirement*

* #2 on the team, VP of the crew, fills in when Lead Installer is not available
*Responsibilities*
* Mastered all the duties and responsibilities of Jr. and Rookie level tech
* Conduct blower door test and fill out reports
* Install plenums
* Blow insulation
* Build Attic dams
* Be able to step in as a Lead Installer when needed
* Conduct re-works (solo if needed)
* Must be able to meet company driving requirements
* Must be able to identify potential issues, problem solve, troubleshoot, and overcome
* Hands-on experience in construction, automotive, or a related field, including proficiency with tools such as power tools and ladders.
* Experience driving a 14x7 hook trailer is preferred.
(Sr. Installers will be eligible for rate increase after they have mastered all their required roles and responsibilities, are in good standing with the company, and have been in their current position for a minimum of 270 days (9 Months). They are also eligible for a promotion to Lead Tech if all previously listed requirements have been met and there is a position available)

*Responsibilities*
* Ensure work is completed in timely manner
* Sign off that job is complete and work is done to FOR standard
* Ensure proper timeclock use for the field team
* Ensure work is done to the FOR Energy standard
* Provide great customer service
* Provide pre and post walkthroughs with customer
* Take pictures and document any existing damage during pre walkthrough with customer
* Take QC pictures and document any damage caused by our team during post walkthrough
* Ensure customer property is protected and is left cleaner than when you arrived
* Be available and able to communicate with Production Manager, Production Assistant, and Office M-S 5am-5pm
* Ensure FOR Energy property is protected
* Minimize waste by using portion control with all materials and products used in the field
* Collect all required signatures, fill out work order, and deliver to office
* Collect payment from customers when needed
* Attend all mandatory meetings
* Fill out and turn in incident reports within 24 hours
* Ensure all installers are in uniform at all times
* Keep warehouse and vehicles clean and tidy
* Communicate missing materials, products, and tools to production team and occasionally coordinate a runner to ensure job gets done that day
* Must be able to meet company driving requirements
* Hands-on experience in construction, automotive, or a related field, including proficiency with tools such as power tools and ladders.
* Experience driving a 14x7 hook trailer is preferred.
(Lead Installers are eligible for a rate increase once a year. Yearly reviews are conducted at the end of the calendar year. Lead Installers are only eligible for a rate increase if they have been in their current position for a minimum of 2 years and are in good standing with the company.)
*Monthly Bonus:*
*Monthly bonus is based on the individual's effort of installing projects to achieve the minimum target of $200,000 per team a month in total collected revenue. Any rework expenses get deducted from the overall revenue for completed and installed projects. *
$200,000 in completed and collected revenue : $500 to Lead
$300,000 in completed and collected revenue: $550 to Lead
$400,000+ in completed and collected revenue $600 to Lead
_*\*Should an individual's rework (drywall repair, wiring/electrical repairs, plumbing/piping repairs, etc) costs surpass what they qualify for in bonus’, the individual’s bonus will be forfeited to cover the costs of the rework. *_
*Each Installer must meet requirements to qualify for bonus:*
* Attendance: Cannot call in or miss any scheduled working days.
* No more than (3) 5 min tardy’s a month
* NO Damages
* All Work orders all signed and completed with adequate notes
* Vehicles cleaned and materials organized back on shelfs
