Skilled Laborer

Join a team that takes pride in keeping roads safe and projects moving. We're looking for experienced Skilled Laborers with backgrounds in construction, traffic control, or pavement markings who are dependable, safety-focused, and ready to build a long-term career with a growing company.

What You'll Do:

  • Set up, maintain, and remove traffic control devices according to project specs and DOT standards
  • Lead or assist in overseeing temporary traffic control on active job sites
  • Safely operate trucks, trailers, and specialized equipment (manual and automatic)
  • Install, maintain, and repair traffic signs and other control devices
  • Complete daily documentation and quantity tracking
  • Communicate clearly with your crew and supervisors
  • Train and guide entry-level crew members when needed
Requirements:

  • General Construction or traffic control experience
  • Valid driver's license 
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Must be dependable, safety-focused, and able to work nights and Saturdays as needed
