Job description

The Cleaning Laborer will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation primarily in office building environments. Working within a small team of 2-5 members, this role requires flexibility in work shifts possibility 1st or 2nd shift and a focus on safety, efficiency, and detail to ensure a clean, safe workplace. Raises are given for good work.

Responsibilities

  • Perform surface cleaning across office areas
  • Dispose of waste following safety and environmental protocols
  • Adhere to all safety compliance standards
  • Maintain sanitation in common and high-touch areas
  • Conduct floor care including sweeping, mopping, and occasional light painting
  • Clean restrooms thoroughly and restock supplies
