Step into the action as a Warehouse/Logistics General Laborer, where you'll be the go-to pro for keeping products organized, labeled, and ready to roll! In this hands-on role, you'll manually label incoming items to meet both company and customer requirements-making sure everything is in the right place at the right time.

You'll play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly by following the FIFO (First In, First Out) method, helping orders move out efficiently and accurately. While this role doesn't involve operating heavy equipment, it's perfect for someone who enjoys staying active and detail-focused.

Reporting directly to the site supervisor, you'll work in a fast-paced warehouse environment where no two days feel the same. Expect to stay on your feet-standing, bending, reaching, and walking-as you keep things moving. You'll also get hands-on with essential tools like tape dispensers, label printers, and markers to get the job done. This is a full time, non-exempt, hourly position.

Note: This position does not involve forklift or powered equipment operation.


  • Hours of operation: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PMย 
  • Starting Pay: $17/hourย 
  • Receive weekly payย 


Primary Job Duties:

  • Accurately apply internal and customer-specified labels to products as they are received into the warehouse.
  • Verify product information to ensure correct labeling and identification.
  • Assist operator in organizing and staging products for storage and shipment following FIFO guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of labeled inventory and report discrepancies or damaged goods.
  • Assist in sorting and positioning products based on date codes, lot numbers, or receiving sequence to support FIFO compliance.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors regarding workflow and any issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).


Requirements

Experience and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to read and interpret labels, product documentation, and basic inventory information.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. as needed. Team Lifting is required for weight 50 lbs. and over.ย 
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
