Soliant Health is currently seeking an experienced Travel Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) for a high-paying 13-week travel healthcare assignment at Northern Louisiana Medical Center in Ruston, Louisiana.
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Medical Technologist, Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS), Medical Laboratory Technician, or Generalist looking for a hospital-based travel contract with weekly pay ranging from $1,670-$1,930, a consistent Monday-Friday schedule, and the opportunity to work in a collaborative clinical laboratory.
The ideal candidate will be a strong Generalist with solid Blood Bank experience and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospital laboratory.

Medical Technologist Responsibilities
The Travel MT/MLT will be responsible for:
Performing routine clinical laboratory testing
Processing and analyzing patient specimens
Performing Blood Bank testing using the Tube Method
Operating laboratory analyzers and instrumentation
Maintaining quality control and regulatory compliance
Reporting accurate laboratory results
Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and laboratory staff
Supporting efficient daily laboratory operations
Please Note:
Generalist responsibilities
Blood Bank experience required
No Microbiology
No Phlebotomy

Strong Generalist laboratory experience
Blood Bank experience using the Tube Method
Ability to work independently in a hospital laboratory
