Position Type: Full-Time Physician Family Medicine

Overview

This is a full-time Family Medicine opportunity with an established and supportive outpatient team. The role offers great work-life balance, strong administrative support, and a stable clinical environment.

Practice Highlights

Outpatient-only practice with a 4-day work week
• Ability to shape your practice based on your interests
Collegial and stable group with experienced support staff
• Optional teaching of medical students and residents (onsite IU School of Medicine program)
• Onsite laboratory and full-service diagnostic imaging with full-time radiology support
Hospitalist team manages all inpatient care
• Dedicated Physician Liaison for community outreach and practice growth

Candidate Requirements

BC/BE in Family Medicine
• Eligible for Indiana medical license
• Strong communication and patient-care skills
• Comfortable working in a team-based environment

Schedule & Coverage

Full-time, outpatient only
• 4-day work week
• No inpatient duties
• Administrative time included
• Teaching opportunities available (optional)

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive guaranteed base salary for up to 3 years
$60,000 sign-on bonus and up to $10,000 relocation
