This is a full-time Family Medicine opportunity with an established and supportive outpatient team. The role offers great work-life balance, strong administrative support, and a stable clinical environment.

• Outpatient-only practice with a 4-day work week

• Ability to shape your practice based on your interests

• Collegial and stable group with experienced support staff

• Optional teaching of medical students and residents (onsite IU School Of Medicine Program)

• Onsite laboratory and full-service diagnostic imaging with full-time radiology support

• Hospitalist team manages all inpatient care

• Dedicated physician liaison for community outreach and practice growth

• BC/BE in Family Medicine

• Eligible for Indiana medical license

• Strong communication and patient-care skills

• Comfortable working in a team-based environment

• Full-time, outpatient only

• 4-day work week

• No inpatient duties

• Administrative time included

• Teaching opportunities available (optional)

• Competitive guaranteed base salary for up to 3 years

$60,000 sign-on bonus and up to $10,000 relocation
