Description
MaineHealth Cancer Care & IV Therapy is seeking a compassionate Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Associate/Physician Assistant (PA) to work in our Medical Oncology/ Hematology practice providing flexible per diem coverage . This practice includes a comprehensive array of services to support the care of cancer patients in an office/clinic setting, chemotherapy infusion suite, research, pharmacy and laboratory.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree required; doctoral degree preferred
  • Successful completion of accredited Physician Associate/Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner program
  • Current license issued by the State of Maine or eligible for licensure
  • Current BLS certification

Compensation:
  • For internal candidates who currently hold a full-time or part-time role at MaineHealth, the pay rate is 120% of their current hourly rate and may be eligible for shift differentials. For external candidates or candidates who only hold per diem roles at MaineHealth, the rate is $80.00 per hour and may be eligible for shift differentials.
