We are seeking a local CDL Driver to complete deliveries for our Oakland branch. As a CDL Driver, you will be responsible for safely handling and delivering construction materials to local job sites using a forklift and the assistance of CWallA Material Stockers.
Essential Functions:
- Safe and legal operation of commercial delivery vehicles and forklifts
- Loading and unloading materials
- Job site stocking
- Ability to lift, stand and move throughout the shift
Responsibilities:
- Safe and legal operation of commercial delivery vehicles and forklifts
- Physically handling materials with the assistance of a Material Stocker
- Safe delivery and off-loading of commercial construction materials
- Participating in the accurate and orderly placement of delivered material at each job site
- Continuously abiding by traffic laws and regulatory agency guidelines
- Various yard duties between deliveries, including but not limited to, shipping, receiving and filling customer orders
- Inventory control
Qualifications:
- Valid Class A CDL license
- Proven forklift experience
- Clean driving record
- Ability to stand, climb, reach, bend and twist throughout complete shifts
